blog 62: favorite place

For this blog, we have to write about what our favorite place is. This place is a lot different than what it would have been if I was asked this question a year or so ago. Now that I have been away from home for so long, I am starting to miss it. I miss having a room all to myself, my own shower and bathroom, and home cooked food. Don’t get me wrong, I love college and everything about it but I guess when you are away from something that you spent 18 years of your life with, you start to miss it. So because of that, I would have to say that right now, that is my favorite place. There is no other place like it and no other place that can compare to it. Even though this feels like my home now here at Ohio State, it will never feel as much as my home as my actual home does. Another one of my favorite places is going out on the lake with some of my friends. There is nothing like a warm summer day out on the water without a worry in the world. That is one reason why I can’t wait for it to be summer and warm out again. We would go out to the lake almost every weekend and just hang out. I could spend the whole day on a boat out on the lake.
